FAQ's Returns & Refunds

1. Where are you located?

Frocktique operates out of a warehouse in Chalmette, Louisiana which is a small suburb just outside of New Orleans, Louisiana.

2. When will the items I purchased ship?

Most items ship in 3-5 business days.  Please not that the actual shipping transit times may vary.  

3. What if my items arrived damaged. 

Please email us within 5 business days with pictures and a description of the defect.  We will then reach out to you with further instructions. 

4.  Do you accept Returns?

Yes, we accept returns for In Store Credit Only.  

5. Do you offer Refunds

Refunds, are handled on a case by case basis based on the situation.  For example, if you order a top that has a defect and we don't have another to offer then yes you will be given a full refund.
